I fry bacon, cut up and set aside, then I cut the Brussel sprouts in half long ways, toss them generously in bacon grease, salt, pepper, granulated onion, place them in a shallow dish in one layer.
Cover and bake on 425 for about 20 mins or so, uncover and stir in bacon bits, bake uncovered another 10 mins or so. I like to make sure to put a slight char on them before stirring and serving.
