Cook onion in oil for 13-25 minutes until tender and browned. Add brown sugar and cook 3-5 minutes until caramelized.
Cook green beans in boiling water for 7-10 minutes until tender. Combine green beans and mushrooms and toss with olive oil, soy sauce and vinegar mixture.
Roast at 375 degrees for 15-20 min.
Mix cream cheese with milk and then mix with green beans. Top with onions and bread crumbs and bake for additional 15-20 minutes.
