Corn Casserole

A family favorite.

Ingredients

  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 small pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 2 eggs beaten

Directions

  • Mix altogether.
  • Pour into a greased casserole dish.

Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.

Although the recipe does not call for it, I like to add shredded cheddar cheese also.
