Artichoke Dip
One of Bev’s favorites.
Ingredients
1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped into small bits
1 c. mayonnaise
dash lemon juice
1 c. grated parmesan cheese
Directions
Mix all together and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Serve with crackers or tortilla chips.
