Garage Sale Cucumber Bread

An easy summer sandwich or appetizer to use up a bumper crop of Cucumbers.

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of Pepperidge Farm Party Rye bread
  • Mayonnaise
  • Thinly sliced cucumber (I buy seedless english cucumbers.)
  • Aunt Jane’s Crazy Salt

Directions

Spread bread with mayonnaise, top with slice of cucumber, sprinkle with Crazy Salt. Serve.
