Chocolate Plunge

This chocolate plunge is so decadent, it's basically a flirtation with your taste buds, leaving them begging for more.

Ingredients

  • 2/3 c. Karo Light corn syrup
  • 2 c. heavy or whipping cream
  • 1 pkg. Chocolate chips

Assorted fresh fruit: Kiwi, raspberries, bananas, strawberries, pineapple, etc.

 

Directions

In medium saucepan stir corn syrup and cream. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Remove from heat. Add chocolate; stir until completely melted. Serve warm as a dip for fruit. Makes 1-2 cups. 

Can be done in the microwave.
