Quick Cheese Cakes

Ingredients

• 1 box vanilla wafers
• 1 - 8 oz. Cream cheese
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 eggs 
• 1 t. vanilla
• Cherry pie filling or fresh fruit

Directions

Mix together until fluffy. You may use a cupcake pan or tart pan - lined with papers. Put one vanilla wafer, flat side down, in bottom of cupcake paper. Fill with cream cheese mixture 2 full. Bake 15-20 minutes. DON'T LET BROWN!  Remove from oven - cool. Top with 3 cherries from pie filling.
