Carrie and I have made this many times…for Super Bowl. A refreshing light dip.

Apple Butter is an American Classic. It is a lovely spread for bread, crackers and as a dip for fruits. Nothing tastes better than a slice of piping hot bread, fresh from the bread maker, spread with a heavy covering of Apple Butter.

Great fall recipe for apples. You can now buy this in the stores but it’s never as good as homemade!

I love a good lump Crab Cake. The Tartar Sauce is a good accompaniment for the crab cakes and any other fish dish.

Very easy to make.
