Pecan Tarts

These Pecan Tarts are so divinely nutty, they make other desserts question their life choices.

Ingredients

  • 6 oz. Cream cheese
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 2 c. flour

Mix, refrigerate 15 minutes.

Roll into balls and put in tart pan making like a little pie; stick your finger in the middle to make a hole!

Pecan Filling

  • 1 2 c. brown sugar
  • 2 t. vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c. pecans, crumbled
  • 2 T. butter

Directions

Mix together. Spoon into tarts. Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
