Butter Crunch Topping:
Prepare topping. Heat oven to 450 degrees. In ungreased 9 inch pie pan or baking dish, mix pie filling, lemon juice, cinnamon and bitters. Sprinkle 1 cup of the Butter Crunch topping evenly over top.
Bake 10 minutes or until top is light golden and bubbly. Serve warm with ice cream.

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix all ingredients with hands. Spread in ungreased 9 x 13 baking pan. Bake 15 minutes, stir with spoon. Store in covered container in refrigerator.
