Bake brownies according to box directions, let cool.
Punch holes in brownies with fork and pour Kahlua over brownies, set aside.
Whip together chocolate mousse according to box directions, set aside.
Break Score or Heath bars in food processor or top lightly with hammer while in wrapper.
Break up 1/2 of brownies and place in bottom of dish.
Cover with 1/2 of mousse.
Layer with 1/2 of candy and 1/2 whip cream.
Repeat with remaining ingredients.
