Turtle Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 box chocolate extra-moist cake mix, made according to package directions
  • 1c. chocolate bits
  • 1c. chopped pecans
  • 1 pkg. Kraft caramels melted over double boiler with 2 c. evaporated milk

Directions

Pour 1/2 of batter into greased and floured 9 x 13 baking dish.  Bake 20 min. 

Remove from oven and top with caramels / evaporated milk mix, and chocolate bits, pecans and other 1/2 of batter over top of it. Bake additional 25 min.
