Oatmeal Pie

The love child of a classic dessert and a cozy breakfast, giving you the best of both worlds in a single bite.

Ingredients

  • ½ c. white sugar
  • ½ c. brown sugar
  • ½ c. melted butter
  • 3/4 c. quick oats
  • 1 c. milk
  • 3/4 c. light Karo syrup
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 t. vanilla
  • 1 can moist coconut

Directions

Mix together and put in unbaked pie shell.

Sprinkle chopped pecans on top.

Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes then 25 minutes at 375 degrees.
