Pecan Pie

From your Dad’s Aunt Pat - she makes the best pecan pie - I always enjoy it at Thanksgiving.

Ingredients

  • 1 c. white corn syrup
  • 1/4 t. salt
  • 2 t. lemon juice
  • ½  c. brown sugar, packed
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 c. broken pecans

Directions

Combine all ingredients and then stir in the pecans.

Pour into pie crust.

Bake first 10 minutes at 425 degrees and then 325 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Or until filling is set.
