Sprinkle yeast on warm water; add oil & sugar and stir.
Add 2c. flour and salt.
Beat thoroughly.
Stir in remaining flour.
Turn out on floured surface and knead for 10 minutes.
Place in greased bowl also oil top of dough.
Cover and let rise in warm place till doubled. About 30 minutes.
Punch down dough to get out air pockets.
Divide in half.
Roll each half to fit a oiled 12 inch pan.
Add your own fillings.
Bake at 425 for 20 minutes. Trade racks after 10 minutes
