Grilled Marinated Chuck

Easy chuck roast!

Ingredients

  • 3 ½ – 4 # chuck roast, 2 inches thick
  • 3/4 c. soy sauce
  • 3 T. brown sugar
  • 3 T. Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 t. white vinegar
  • 1 t. ginger

Directions

  1. Tenderize roast.
  2. Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar and ginger.
  3. Add marinade to roast, cover, refrigerate at least 4 hours.
  4. Grill 45-60 minutes
  5. Baste with remaining marinade.
  6. Grill until desired doneness.
