Cathy’s Hashbrown Casserole

Great for work carry-ins, family gatherings, etc.

Ingredients

  • 32 oz. frozen hash browns
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 ½ c. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • ½ c. chopped onion
  • 1 ½ c. cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Mix all items in a large bowl.
  2. Put in a greased 9 x 13 casserole dish.
  3. Top with bread crumbs or cereal (flakes, krispies, etc).
  4. Bake 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.

Cut and serve. I serve with fruit and sliced banana bread. (or pumpkin bread...whatever I have on hand.
