Bev’s Spinach Salad

From the kitchen of Bev.

Ingredients

Dressing:

  • 1 c. oil
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • small onion, finely chopped
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 t. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/3 c. catsup

Mix together in a blender and set aside.

Salad Ingredients: 

  • 1 2 # spinach, washed and torn into small, bite sized pieces
  • 3 hardboiled eggs, cubed
  • 4 strips bacon, crisp and crumbled
  • 1 can Durkee’s onion rings

Directions

Fluff in bowl. Serve with dressing on the side.
