Quiche Lorraine

Quiche Tip: Quiche is done when puffed up into a dome and slightly brown. REmove from oven and cool on a cookie sheet.

Ingredients

  • 1 Pillsbury Pie Crust
  • 5-6 eggs
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1-2 T. sugar
  • 1/4 – 1/2 c. milk

Optional: can add broccoli, carrots, onions, sausage, cheese, ham, etc.

Directions

  • Whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper and sugar.
  • Add optional items to bottom of pie crust
  • Pour egg mixture over veggies.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
