Quiche Lorraine
Quiche Tip: Quiche is done when puffed up into a dome and slightly brown. REmove from oven and cool on a cookie sheet.
Ingredients
1 Pillsbury Pie Crust
5-6 eggs
Salt and Pepper to taste
1-2 T. sugar
1/4 – 1/2 c. milk
Optional: can add broccoli, carrots, onions, sausage, cheese, ham, etc.
Directions
Whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper and sugar.
Add optional items to bottom of pie crust
Pour egg mixture over veggies.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
