Banana Bread
A good way to use up those overripe bananas!
Ingredients
2 1/4 C. flour
1 c. sugar
1 t. baking powder
1 t. salt
3 T. salad oil
1 egg
3/4 c. milk
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. smashed ripe bananas (about 2-3 bananas)
Directions
Mix all ingredients together – adding the bananas last!
Pour into a greased and floured bread pan. (or about 3 small pans)
Bake for 70 minutes at 350 degrees
.
Use toothpick or knife to check for doneness. Top will be golden brown.
Cool on rack.
