Vegetable Pizza

This is a great recipe as an appetizer or small finger food for lunch. Can use in Phyllo dough cups instead of crescent rolls if you’d like.

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. crescent rolls
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 package Hidden Valley Ranch dressing, dry
  • Assorted cut up veggies
  • Shredded cheese

Directions

  1. Spread crescent rolls on cookie sheet forming crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
  2. Mix together Cream cheese, Mayonnaise, Hidden Valley Ranch packet.
  3. Spread on crust.
  4. Layer on cut up broccoli, shredded carrots, diced tomatoes, etc.
  5. Cover with shredded cheese.
  6. Refrigerate. Cut and serve.
