Mix together and heat until warm. Dissolve: 2 Junket tablets (these can be found in the canning section of the grocery) in 1 T. cold water.
Pour mixture into ice cream freezer. Add junket to mixture and stir 3 times. Set motionless for 10 minutes. Start your freezing process using lots of ice and melting salt.
