Rainbow Dessert

This makes a nice colorful Holiday jello dessert!

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg each orange, raspberry, lime and lemon jello
  • 1 c. pineapple juice
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 container of cool whip

Directions

Dissolve Orange, raspberry and lime gelatin in 1 c. of hot water. Add 2 c. cold water. Pour into cake pan, chill until firm. 

Bring pineapple juice to a boil, add sugar, pkg. Of lemon gelatin and 2 c. cold water. Chill until slightly thickened and then fold in cool whip. 

Cut orange, raspberry and lime jello into small squares. Mix with cool whip mixture. Chill.
